# Mariner's Compass Corolla, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 30 guests and has 11 full bathrooms and four half bathrooms. Decks overlook the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Audubon Nature Preserve and Currituck Sound to the west. An elevator serves all three levels. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets are provided. Level 1 has four king ensuite bedrooms, including one with handicap-friendly features. Its den has a double-sided gas fireplace and game table; the pub room has a bar, refrigerator, microwave and wine cooler. There is laundry, a half bathroom and a cabana half bathroom. Level 2 has three king ensuites, one ensuite with two double/twin bunk sets, and one ensuite with four twin beds and two twin sleeper sofas. Two king rooms have deck access, one facing the ocean and one facing the sound. This floor also has a recreation room with pool table, shuffleboard and kitchenette, a theater, sitting areas, laundry and a half bathroom. Level 3 has two grand king ensuites, each with a standing shower, soaking tub and private deck, plus a great room, dining area, half bathroom and screened porch. The main kitchen has a central island, gas stove, two dishwashers, double ovens, two refrigerators and a wine cooler. Kitchen equipment includes a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, cookware, dishes, utensils, microwave and toaster. Entertainment facilities include arcade games, ping pong, cable and streaming TV, and a home gym. Outside are a private seasonal pool with a shallow kiddie area and swim-up bar, a hot tub, poolside cabana, gas grill, outdoor shower, dune deck, ocean-side gazebo and a fenced yard. The poolside terrace has a gas fireplace and open-air pub and bar; the screened piazza has a double-sided fireplace. A private beach walkway includes steps. Parking accommodates 11 vehicles, and a Tesla charger is available. An arrival ambassador introduces guests to the home. Upgraded linens and seasonal beach-chair and umbrella setup are provided. Guests receive reduced greens fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club and may use Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center for a small fee. One Level 1 king ensuite has handicap-friendly features. No pets and no smoking. Saturday check-in and checkout. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Do not operate the elevator if its locking system is malfunctioning, it makes unusual sounds or the ride seems abnormal; do not attempt repairs.
