House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. A maximum of eight guests is permitted. Pets are not allowed; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning fee, with guests also responsible for smoking-related damages beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Stays of 30 nights or longer require a Monthly Service Charge every 30 days throughout the stay.
Getting there
Lighthouse Harbor Marina is a one-minute walk away. Lake access is within walking distance. Driveway parking is limited to three vehicles. Occupancy is limited to eight guests by county ordinance and septic-system constraints.
