The house

The apartment accommodates six guests on a mezzanine floor. An entrance hallway leads to a semi-independent kitchen on the left and a living room with a dining table and double sofa bed on the right. The two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. One bathroom is off the hallway, and the second bedroom has an en suite bathroom; both bathrooms have a shower and toilet.

Outdoor spaces include an enclosed terrace, a fenced patio furnished with a table, chairs and parasol, and access to a rooftop with views over Rapallo and the Gulf of Tigullio.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, a television and a hairdryer are provided. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer.

The apartment is near seaside promenades, restaurants, boutiques and Castello sul mare. Rapallo Train Station is less than a 10-minute walk away, and Genoa Airport is a 35-minute drive away.
