The apartment sleeps six guests and has an open-plan living area with an oversized sectional sofa and a large-screen TV for streaming. The kitchen includes stone benchtops, a breakfast bar, microwave, Nespresso machine and milk frother, alongside a separate dining area.
The spacious balcony has lounge seating, an electric BBQ and a ceiling fan, with leafy treetop and skyline views. Guests have access to a shared pool below.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, private TV and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two single beds. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and complimentary toiletries. A full laundry includes a washer and dryer. Central air conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort.
The building has lift access, a private entrance and one allocated on-site parking space. The main entrance includes a small stairway that may be unsuitable for guests with mobility limitations. Harbourfront dining and Tipperary Waters Marina are minutes away; Darwin Botanic Gardens, Mindil Beach and Darwin CBD are a short drive away.
