Maximum occupancy is four guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Ocean City noise-control ordinances apply; exceeding permitted noise levels as a result of activity at the property is a violation of the rental agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law. Other local noise violations may be criminal offenses. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and applicable cancellation policy.
Getting there
The condo is on the 12th floor of an oceanfront high-rise with direct access to the sandy beach. Parking is limited to one included designated on-site space. Gold Coast Mall is practically across the street; Northside Park is one mile away.
