## About the house

The apartment accommodates six guests on the first floor above the Marietta restaurant. The living room has a sofa and opens onto an equipped private balcony overlooking greenery and Lake Garda.

The separate kitchen has a dining table, coffee machine, moka pot, boiler, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and bidet. The second has a double bed and walk-in wardrobe; the third has two single beds. The home-features inventory identifies the two double beds as queen-size beds. A second bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, fans, mosquito net, iron and hairdryer are available. There is also a terrace. Cameras cover the private balcony and the entrance. The mezzanine is not available for guest use.

The first-floor entrance is reached by approximately 30 steps, with no lift. The final approach along Via Ronciglio is narrow and carries traffic in both directions. Verona airport is an hour and a quarter away by car. Gardone Riviera offers Villa Alba, the villages of Gardone di Sotto and Gardone di Sopra, the Hruska botanical gardens, and waterfront ferries to Malcesine and other Lake Garda destinations.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. The mezzanine is unavailable to guests. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrivals end at 20:00; late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount depends on local regulations, with booking information available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
