House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use and only for the guests included in the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; contact management if it changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised.
Getting there
Sandy Gully Beach is a short stroll away, with no major roads to cross. Parking is limited to one car space. Bring your own linen or arrange the available linen hire service. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
