The home sleeps six guests and has a lounge with a wood fire and views of Eagle Rock, a dining table seating six, and a modern kitchen with an oven, stove, refrigerator and toaster. Outdoor spaces include a balcony, upstairs deck, rear deck with a barbecue, private landscaped garden and hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The main bathroom has a bath and shower, with a separate toilet. Heating, a TV, DVD player, dryer, hair dryer, iron, hot water and smoke detector are provided. The home is suitable for children and infants. Long-term stays are also allowed.

No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use and only for the guests included in the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; contact management if it changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised.
