The apartment accommodates four guests. Its living area has a double sofa bed, dining table and equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer. The living area opens onto a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and pool. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed, and the bathroom includes a bidet, shower cubicle and hairdryer. Air conditioning, a washing machine and television are available.
The shared pool opens from 1 June to 1 October, daily from 08:00 to 21:00; a swimming cap may be required. Video surveillance operates in the common areas and outside the property.
The apartment is a few steps from the coast. Catania airport is less than 40 minutes away by car. Regional places of interest include the Cyclops Islands protected marine area, the Norman Castle of Aci Castello and Catania's UNESCO-listed historic centre.
