## About the house

Bryn Y Mor has four bedrooms, ocean-view decks and an open-plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The lounge includes a TV and wood fire. A large wraparound deck has outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Linen is provided. The ground-level master bedroom has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The split level has three further bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, bath and vanity, a separate toilet, and a laundry with washer/dryer. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have built-in robes, bedside tables, lamps and portable fans. Additional amenities include heating, hot water, a sound system, hair dryer, iron and smoke detector. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. Longer stays are allowed.

The house occupies three levels and contains stairs. The driveway is very steep; standard cars are strongly advised to park across the driveway or on the road. Access Marengo Beach and the Great Ocean Walk via the walking path between 16 and 17 Panorama Crescent, a two-minute walk from the property.

Strict no-party policy. Pets are not permitted. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
