The property shares a border with its twin villa, Onda, and the two villas can be rented together for larger groups. Riccione Seafront is 4 km away. The property is in Scacciano; access roads are paved to the entrance. One parking space is inside the property and two are outside.

Parties and events are forbidden without prior written authorization. Visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning when animals are present. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
