## About the house

The home has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Level 2 contains a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets, plus two full bathrooms: one with a shower/tub combination and one with a standing shower. This level also has a private porch and a wraparound covered deck with built-in seating. The Level 3 king ensuite includes a whirlpool tub and walk-in closet.

Level 1 has laundry facilities, a mini-refrigerator and access to the pool area. Level 3 has an open Great Room with ocean views, a wood-burning fireplace and wet bar, a well-equipped kitchen, and an ocean-view dining area. A screened porch, furnished wraparound sun porch and ocean-view hot tub provide outdoor living space. A Captain’s Watch with ocean views occupies Level 4.

The private outdoor salt-treated pool has a shaded cabana and sun decking. The community soundside pool, dock, boat launch and tennis courts are a short walk away. Port Trinitie Beach Access is directly across from the driveway.

Bath towels, bed linens, pillows and blankets, an iron and ironing board, five beach chairs, a charcoal grill, basketball hoop and outdoor shower are provided. Entertainment includes cable and streaming TV. Kitchen equipment includes a blender, drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The home has municipal water.

The wood fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027. The cargo lift is not available for guest use.

Port Trinitie Beach Access is directly across from the driveway. The community soundside pool, dock, boat launch and tennis courts are a short walk away. The cargo lift is not available for guest use. Parking is limited to five vehicles.

No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Golf carts are not allowed in Port Trinitie. Saturday check-in and checkout. Early check-in is offered in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
