House rules
The maximum occupancy is 9 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults; the additional lower-level daybed is suitable for one child. No pets and no smoking are permitted. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required; minimum stays of 6 nights apply over Thanksgiving week and 7 nights over Christmas and New Year's week. Christmas and New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Shorter stays may be available with a higher cleaning fee. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property for the entire stay. Kayak and bicycle rentals require a signed waiver.
Getting there
The villa has direct beach access and reef-protected snorkeling. The North Side shoreline can include rocky ironshore, and pool shoes or fins are recommended for foot protection. Chisholm's Grocery is a short walk away. A rental car is highly recommended; taxi service is unreliable and expensive outside town and Seven Mile Beach, and there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. The airport is 21 miles away, described as a 40-minute drive.
