The property is about 4 km from Radda in Chianti. The entrance gate is reached by paved roads; the parking area is reached along a short unpaved driveway. The pool is reached by a ramp of steps from the terrace. The nearest train station is Montevarchi, about 24 km away.

The property is fenced. Pets are allowed. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
