No smoking. No parties or events. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups are not accepted. Capacity is limited to four people (two adults and two children). Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be ordered as optional services. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set (€7); double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; bath mat €3; end-of-stay cleaning €95. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Refundable security deposit: €800 per booking, by card pre-authorisation. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key handover. Low-season arrival and departure times can be flexible by arrangement.
