## About the house

A private ground-floor entrance leads to the first-floor open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. This air-conditioned space has sea views, a sofa, television, dining area and a kitchen breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A high chair is available.

Two first-floor bedrooms each have a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. One has an en-suite shower bathroom; a second shower bathroom serves the floor. The third bedroom is on the top floor and opens onto a terrace with views of the sea and Cabrera island. The terrace also contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outdoor furnishings include a dining table and chairs, a sofa and armchairs. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.
