Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 100€ per stay. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
