The updated home has Boho-inspired interiors, an open living and dining layout, vaulted ceilings and large windows. Sectional seating faces a Smart TV, and the dining area seats six and opens onto the lanai. Split air conditioning and ceiling fans provide comfort throughout.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, generous counter space and an island breakfast bar, along with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-making equipment and cooking utensils. The private yard has a pool, outdoor seating and a BBQ, while the lanai and back deck provide outdoor dining and golf course views.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a private deck and golf course views. Guest Bedroom 2 has an ensuite bathroom, and Guest Bedroom 3 uses a shared full bathroom. All three bedrooms have split air conditioning and ceiling fans. The living-room sectional includes a memory-foam sleeper sofa.

Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and a starter amenity kit are provided. Entertainment amenities include television, satellite or cable TV, a game room and a home theater. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit; security cameras are also present.

Heeia Bay and Keauhou Shopping Center are within walking distance. The shopping center offers restaurants, shops, a weekly farmers’ market and a movie theater. Kailua Kona’s dining, historic sites and beaches are a short drive away.
