House rules
Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. A refundable security deposit of €500 is required when booking. A Government Tourist Fee of €3 per adult aged 12 or over per night applies from 1 October 2025; children under 12, Mauritian residents, Premium Visa holders and Residence Permit holders are exempt.
Getting there
The villa has direct beach access. Rivière Noire offers diving and snorkeling spots, local beaches, sea excursions and hiking trails.
