It’s located in Condominio Potrero, behind Hotel Mediterraneus, on the road from downtown Potrero that turns into the Monkey Trail, which leads toward Playas del Coco. This spacious new build has views of mountains, pool and lush forest and river (though it’s dry in the dry season).
It has a natural, tranquil feel, with sliding glass doors that open the pool, outdoor dining and barbecue area. It sleeps up to 14 people and is great for entertaining. Two master bedrooms have king beds, en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. One has an outdoor terrace with mountain views and the other has a private terrace area. Bedroom #3 is designed for kids, with a twin-size bunk bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms #4 and #5 have king beds and a shared bathroom.
Bedroom #6 has a king bed with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. In total, the home has six bathrooms, including one outdoors with shower and toilet. There are TVs in the living room, the two master bedrooms and the dining room.
