House rules

No loud noise from 22:00 to 08:00, parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Remove shoes indoors and report breakages. Children aged 2–12 are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. House-rule breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Leave beds unmade at departure, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, dispose of rubbish in the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving; retrieval is not guaranteed, and return of found items within Australia is subject to postage and service fees. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and additional cost; guaranteeing either requires booking the preceding or additional night, respectively, if available. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. Travel Support coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses allows claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.

Getting there

Access is through the building entrance; there is no private entrance. Underground parking has a 2.2 m height restriction. Shops, dining, light rail and bus services are within walking distance, and Canberra Airport is approximately 15 minutes away by car. The Level 3 podium, pool and spa are closed from 25 May 2026 to mid-October 2026. Construction takes place from 08:00 to 17:00 and may cause noise, vibration, dust and disruption. Do not access the Level 3 outdoor podium during works without express authorisation.
