The bedroom has one queen bed, bedside tables with lamps and built-in storage with hangers. Both the bedroom and living area have blackout blinds. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup and towels are provided. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity storage and a hair dryer. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Remove shoes indoors and report breakages. Children aged 2–12 are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. House-rule breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Leave beds unmade at departure, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, dispose of rubbish in the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows.
