The first-floor apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed, television, dining table and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. French doors lead to a terrace furnished with a small table and two chairs. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed, two bedside tables and lamps. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.

The residence's shared swimming pool is available from 15 June to 30 September, with published hours of 9 to 8 pm. A swimming cap may be required. A luggage trolley can be requested from reception.

Desenzano del Garda lies on the southern shore of Lake Garda in the province of Brescia. Local sights include the Roman Villa, the 10th-century castle and the old harbour. The apartment is 10 minutes by car from Desenzano railway station and approximately 30 km from Verona airport.

The apartment is on the first floor and is reachable only on foot, with a five-minute walk. A luggage trolley can be requested from reception. Desenzano railway station is 10 minutes away by car; Verona airport is approximately 30 km away.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information if travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in begins at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations; booking information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
