The house

The remodeled home has an open-concept living and dining area with vaulted ceilings, a sectional sofa, natural wood accents, tropical art and a handcrafted dining table. The kitchen includes quartz countertops, live-edge shelving, bar seating, a double-basin sink, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster and utensils. A BBQ is also available.

Two king suites have ensuite spa bathrooms, private lanais, ceiling fans, split air conditioning and space for a crib or Pack ’n Play. The primary suite has mountain and garden views; the second suite has garden views. The third bedroom has a full bed, a bunk bed and a ceiling fan. A separate full guest bathroom completes the three bathrooms.

The outdoor lanai has seating and views of Mount Mamalahoa and the Makaihuwa‘a ridge amid tropical foliage. Guests have access to a shared community pool and hot tub. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and an insulated cooler bag are provided.

Other facilities include a washer and dryer, linens, a crib, Smart TV, satellite or cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking. Ceiling fans are provided throughout, with split air conditioning in the two suites. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, deadbolt lock and outdoor lighting are provided. Exterior security cameras above the front door and lower lanai face away from private spaces.

North Shore beaches, golf courses and trails are a short drive away. Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach and Princeville shopping and dining are within easy reach. A car is recommended.
