The house

The open-plan living room has ocean views, floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and sliding doors to the upper lanai. A wood dining table seats ten. The equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, bar seating and ample counter space, with a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer and small appliances.

A tropical lawn opens directly to the beach. Two lanais provide shaded dining and open sunbathing space, with outdoor seating, sun chairs, an outdoor shower and a Big Green Egg grill. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrellas and coolers are provided.

The primary bedroom has ocean views and lanai access; Guest Bedroom 2 has ocean views; Guest Bedroom 3 has a garden view and balcony; and Guest Bedroom 4 has ocean views. All four bedrooms have split air conditioning and ceiling fans. Space for a crib or Pack and Play is available in the primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 2 and 4.

Facilities include Smart TVs, satellite or cable television, a Sonos whole-home sound system, Wi-Fi and a stocked laundry room with washer and dryer. A Pack and Play, high chair and toys are provided. Gated parking accommodates multiple vehicles at no charge. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras.

A caretaker lives in an on-site ADU. Scenic coastal paths and local surf breaks are accessible on foot; historic Haleiwa Town, Waimea Bay and Turtle Bay Golf are a short drive away.
