House rules
No parties or events, no smoking, and no pets. Occupancy is limited to 4 guests. Portacot hire is available for a child aged 1–3 years. Additional charges may apply for additional cleaning, oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal.
Getting there
The apartment is at the edge of the Nelson CBD on Harley Street. FreshChoice supermarket is nearby, and local eateries, cafes, the Nelson Saturday Market, Queen's Gardens, Suter Gallery, the cinema, local pools, the Maitai River and walking and cycling trails are within the stated nearby area. One dedicated secure garage space is provided. Elevator/lift access is available.
