No parties, events or venue use. No smoking. Pets are not permitted. Occupancy is limited to 4 guests. Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal.

The apartment is in the heart of Nelson and within walking distance of the city's features and amenities, including the FreshChoice supermarket, local eateries, cafes, the Nelson Saturday Market, Queen's Gardens, Suter Gallery, the cinema, local pools, the Maitai River and walking, cycling and mountain-biking trails. Secure bike storage is available. One dedicated secure garage space is provided.
