House rules
No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Bed and bath linens are not provided. Check-in and check-out are on Sunday. Early check-in is optional, subject to limited weekly availability, and costs $195 plus tax. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Never enter the elevator hoistway or operate the elevator if its locking system is malfunctioning or its operation seems abnormal; do not attempt repairs yourself.
Getting there
Walk to the beach via Tuckahoe Beach Access or to the sound. The community pool and tennis court are less than 200 feet away. Parking is limited to three vehicles. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; access may require steps or thresholds.
