# Mallard Cottage Too Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 10 guests and has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The top level contains a great room with furnished living space, a stocked game closet, a kitchen and a dining table that expands to seat 10. Open and covered decks provide outdoor seating options. An elevator connects the ground floor with the upper two levels. A top-level queen bedroom has a private bathroom with a standing shower. The second level has another queen ensuite bedroom with a standing shower and deck access, two bedrooms with two twin beds each, and a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second-level den/foyer contains a queen sleeper sofa. Laundry facilities are on the ground floor. Bed and bath linens are not provided. Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a DVD player, five beach chairs, a charcoal grill, basketball hoop, outdoor shower and fish-cleaning station. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a blender, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. An iron, ironing board, pillows and blankets are provided. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 11–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027. The community outdoor pool and tennis court are less than 200 feet from the home. Community amenities also include pickleball courts and soundside access. The beach and sound are accessible on foot, with Tuckahoe Beach Access serving the community. Duck Village offers nearby shopping, dining and entertainment.
