What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and checkout is by 12:00. Late checkout must be requested before checkout, is subject to availability and costs €50 per extra hour.
Is breakfast included?
It depends on the booked rate. Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 to 12:00 at Bendito restaurant on the ground floor. A picnic breakfast can be requested 24 hours in advance.
Does the hotel have parking?
There is no on-site parking. A discounted arrangement is available at Parking Camas, a two-minute walk away. Purchase the voucher at reception.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs.
Is reception open 24 hours?
Yes. Reception is available at any hour and can arrange an airport taxi or rental car.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after checkout?
Yes. Reception luggage storage is free before check-in and after checkout.
