The open-concept living room has vaulted white-beamed ceilings, wide garden-facing windows, comfortable seating and a smart TV. A dining table seats six, and sliding doors lead to a covered lanai for outdoor dining beside a private landscaped garden yard and barbecue.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a bar-seating island, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, crockpot, rice cooker and cooking and dining essentials.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a sitting area with a TV and couch, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and tile shower, and a private courtyard hot tub. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and TV; bedroom 3 has a queen bed and sliding glass door to the patio. The shared bathroom has a tile shower. Split-type air conditioning serves the living room and all three bedrooms, with ceiling fans throughout.

Free Wi-Fi, cable and smart TVs, a DVD player, washer and dryer, linens, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are provided. Beach gear includes chairs, towels, a cooler and an umbrella; additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. Free parking and a garage are available. Children are welcome. Mandatory mid-stay cleaning applies to stays of 10 nights or longer, with a second cleaning added for stays of 21 nights or longer. These cleanings are separate from the departure cleaning fee charged at booking and are scheduled directly by the management team. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.
