House rules
Pets are not allowed. A refundable breakage deposit of €2,500 per booking is required. A €150 booking fee applies to every booking. The Balearic ecotax is €2.20 per night per person. Pool heating, if available and requested, costs an additional €500.
Getting there
The villa is described as 10 steps from the sand and sea at Mal Pas beach. It overlooks the beach and Bay of Pollença. Local bars, restaurants, a marina and Bonaire-Malpas facilities are accessible on foot.
