## About the house

The home accommodates up to 14 guests and has five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The open-plan great room has large ocean-facing windows, comfortable seating, a centrally located equipped kitchen and a dining area. A separate sitting area provides space for reading or puzzles.

Level 2 contains three ensuite bedrooms: one king and two queens, all with standing showers; the king and one queen bedroom have deck access. Two additional bedrooms contain two twin beds, and a double/twin duo bunk with a twin trundle, respectively. A separate full bathroom has a shower/tub combination, and laundry facilities are on this level. Level 3 contains an oceanside king ensuite with a standing shower and deck access, a half bathroom, and the great room, kitchen, dining and seating areas.

Outdoor facilities include furnished decks, a ground-floor hot tub, a dune deck along the private beach walkway, a gas grill and an outdoor shower. Five beach chairs are provided. Sanderling community facilities include an outdoor pool, soundside access, a private dock and tennis available for a fee. A nature trail is nearby. Duck Village, with its boardwalk, shops and waterfront dining, is a short drive away.

Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV and a washer and dryer. Kitchen equipment includes a blender, drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.

The home is oceanfront with a private beach walkway without steps and a dune deck. Duck Village is a short drive away. Parking is limited to five vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.

No smoking. For 2026 only, up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed, and pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. No pets are allowed in 2027. Tennis is available for a fee. Check-in and check-out are on Sunday. The home is eligible for early check-in.
