## About the house

Makani Kai accommodates up to fourteen guests across the main house and a separate one-bedroom guest house with its own entrance. Sliding glass walls connect the great room, lanai and private pool and spa, overlooking open green space. The home is newly constructed, with central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, indoor and outdoor seating, a private yard and in-unit laundry.

The kitchen has a waterfall-edge island with seating, a pro-style range, a walk-in butler's pantry and an adjacent dining table. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, blender, rice cooker, mixer and slow cooker. A barbecue is also provided.

The primary bedroom has a four-poster king bed, walk-in closet, garden view and deck; its ensuite includes a freestanding tub, dual waterfall showers and a private outdoor shower. Guest bedrooms two through four have king beds and full ensuites. Bedroom two has an ocean view; bedrooms three and four have garden views. Guest bedroom five has two built-in twin-over-full bunk beds, a garden view and a full ensuite, and sleeps up to six. Four bedrooms are in the main house and one is in the separate guest house. Crib or Pack and Play space is available in the primary bedroom and guest bedrooms two, three and five.

Wi-Fi, televisions, satellite or cable TV, a Sonos audio system and a Pack and Play are provided. Beach equipment includes towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and a cooler. Free parking is available and a car is recommended. Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach are a short drive away, and Old Koloa Town is nearby.

Neighboring construction may cause occasional daytime noise. This private residence is not part of a resort program, and guests do not have access to the club at Kukui'ula amenities.
