The house

The home offers approximately 2,000 sq ft of furnished living space. An open-plan living and dining area connects through large sliding doors to the covered lanai, with outdoor dining, lounging space and tropical landscaping around the private, unheated pool. A shaded yard nook provides another place to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, blender, toaster and toaster oven. A BBQ is also available.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, ceiling fan, pool view, pool access and an ensuite bathroom with a tile shower and double vanity. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, pool view and lanai/pool access. The children’s bedroom has one bunk bed and a ceiling fan. The shared hallway bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. A TV lounge off the primary bedroom has sliding glass doors to the pool.

Air conditioning serves the primary bedroom, pool den, living room and dining room, but not the queen or bunk bedrooms. Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, television with satellite or cable, linens, starter toiletries and kitchen essentials are provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers are available; beach equipment rentals cost extra. Baby gear is available upon request. Free parking and a private entrance are provided.

Shops, dining, scenic paths and lookouts in Princeville are within walking distance. Hanalei Bay, Hideaways, Queen’s Bath, Anini Beach, Princeville Center and Makai Golf Course are a short drive away. A car is necessary.
