The house

The home has 2,824 square feet of interior space, with an open-concept living area, wood ceilings, large windows, comfortable seating and a smart TV. A circular dining table occupies a window-lined nook.

The main kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and ample cabinetry. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle and rice cooker. A secondary kitchenette provides additional food-preparation space.

The private backyard includes a pool, tropical landscaping, a covered lanai with lounge seating, a firepit, a BBQ and outdoor dining space. Beach towels and a cooler are provided.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean, garden and mountain views, split-system air conditioning, a ceiling fan and space for a crib or pack and play. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, a ceiling fan and space for a crib or pack and play. Guest Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed, garden views and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have a king/twin conversion, garden views, ceiling fans and space for a crib or pack and play.

Split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans are available throughout. Other facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a washer and dryer, a high chair and a pack and play. Children are welcome. The home has a private entrance and smart-lock self check-in. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit; security cameras are also identified among the amenities.
