The house

The home has an open-plan living area with a TV, ceiling fan and large sliding doors opening to an ocean-view lanai. The dining area seats six, with additional breakfast-bar seating for six. The upstairs kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, wood cabinetry and generous counter space; a downstairs kitchenette provides a second cooking area. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and dishes and utensils.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and a private ocean-view lanai. Guest Bedroom 1 has a double bed, TV and ensuite full bathroom. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV and access to a private lanai. Guest Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a TV. TVs and ceiling fans are provided throughout.

A private fenced backyard has a gated path leading directly to Makaha Beach. Outdoor facilities include the lanai and a BBQ. The home also has a washer and dryer, private entrance, secure entry, hot water and a smoke detector. Children are welcome. Parking includes a two-car garage and private driveway, with two assigned spaces limited to compact or standard vehicles.

Waianae shops and eateries are a short drive away. Kaena Point, Ko Olina lagoons and historic Haleiwa are scenic-drive destinations. A car is recommended. The home is offered on monthly terms with a 30-day minimum rental requirement.
