The house

The home has two living floors, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, a plush sectional and a natural-wood dining table. Sliding glass walls open to covered lanais overlooking the Pacific, with the Ko'olau ridge behind the home.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, wine fridge, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, blender, rice cooker, toaster and island bar seating. Outside are a private plunge pool, loungers, outdoor shower, BBQ and dining area, with direct access to Mahakea Beach. Beach chairs, towels and boogie boards are provided.

The upstairs primary suite has an ocean-view lanai and an ensuite with a soaking tub, rainfall shower, bidet, double sink and vanity. The downstairs second guest suite has an ensuite and private access to the pool and outdoor shower. Guest Bedroom 3 has partial ocean views and access to a shared full bathroom; Guest Bedroom 4 has mountain views and access to a shared full bathroom. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans and split air conditioning.

Additional facilities include Wi-Fi, laptop-friendly accommodation, Smart TVs, a SONOS sound system, washer and dryer, storage and free garage parking. Linens, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer and iron are supplied. Children are welcome, with a high chair and Pack and Play available. Safety features include security cameras, smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, deadbolt locks and outdoor lighting. Self check-in and check-out and 24-hour check-in are available.

Laie Beach Park (Pounders), Kokololio Beach Park, the Polynesian Cultural Center, local markets and Laie Town cafés are within walking reach. Turtle Bay Resort’s golf, spa and dining, Kahuku shrimp trucks, Sunset Beach, Banzai Pipeline and Haleiwa Town are a short drive away. A car is recommended. The home is offered as a monthly rental, with exclusive use during the 30-day reservation period.
