House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. A £1000 deposit is charged. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available to hire. Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund; cancellation less than 30 days before check-in receives no refund.
Getting there
Steps lead through the private front garden to the entrance, and stairs connect the main-house levels. The annex is at the end of the garden. A dog normally lives in the home; although absent during stays and the home is thoroughly cleaned, it may not be suitable for guests with allergies. The dining table seats 10.
