The apartment is on the second floor of a refurbished residence with a lift, convenient to main services. The bright living room has a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and dining table with chairs, alongside a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. A French door opens onto a private terrace overlooking the condominium garden.

The master bedroom has a queen-size double bed, wardrobe, television and window. Internal stairs from the living room lead to an upper-floor attic relaxation area with a double sofa bed, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, table and chairs, and a rotating computer stand. A folding door and roller blinds provide privacy. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and satellite TV are available.

The residence's shared pool opens from 1 June to 30 September; a swimming cap may be required. The apartment is approximately 6 km from Desenzano railway station and 30 km from Verona airport. Sirmione attractions include Scaliger Castle and its Darsena, Villa Callas, thermal facilities, Lido delle Bionde and Jamaica Beach, with cycling routes through the Lugana vineyards.
