House rules
No smoking. No parties or events. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 30 years old are not accepted. Contact the agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key collection. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorization. A 10% Hoomy concierge service fee applies to the booking; final cleaning is €175 per booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of booking; towel set €7 per booking; linen for one double bed €18 per booking, or one single bed €14 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Kitchen towels are included. Household linen is optional and is not replaced during the stay.
