House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Young groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not supplied; linen is optional. Linen ordered is supplied on arrival for the stay, without renewal, and mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Do not use domestic sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 per-booking deposit is taken as a card pre-authorisation. A 10% hoomy concierge service fee and €45 end-of-stay cleaning charge per booking are listed. Optional linen charges per booking: kitchen towels €2; a small and large towel set €7; double-bed linen €15; single-bed linen €12; bath mat €3. Optional cancellation insurance is 5.5% of the booking.

La Noëveillard beach and marina are described as 1 km away; a separate distance table gives the beach as 1.5 km. Golf Bluegreen de Pornic is 850 m away. The property is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
