House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets under 10 kg are accepted, except dangerous-breed animals. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival with the planned arrival time to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 deposit is taken by card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional services: kitchen cloths €2 per reservation; towel set €7 per reservation; double-bed linen €18 per reservation; single-bed linen €14 per reservation; end-of-stay cleaning €130 per reservation; bath mat €3 per reservation. Optional cancellation insurance is listed at 5.5% of the reservation. Tourist tax is included in the total price. No dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket is available; household sockets must not be used to charge vehicles.
Getting there
Grève Blanche sandy beach is stated as 500 m away in the description and 900 m in the distance list; confirm the distance before publication. The town centre and Utile supermarket are each 500 m away. A car may be unnecessary for local errands, but no access route or mode is specified.
