House rules
No smoking, parties or events. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Optional linen is supplied on arrival for the stay, with no renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Do not use household electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is taken by card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service costs 10% of the booking; end-of-stay cleaning costs €85 per booking. Optional items: kitchen towels €2 per booking; a towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €18 per bed; linen for a single bed €14 per bed; bath mat €3 per booking. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the booking. The tourist tax is included in the total price.
