Non-smoking. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to 18 years old are not accepted. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; there is no dedicated EV charging outlet. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Linen is optional: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; towel set €7 per reservation; double-bed linen €15 per reservation; single-bed linen €12 per reservation; bath mat €3 per reservation. Optional end-of-stay cleaning is €75 per reservation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. A refundable €800 deposit per reservation is taken by card pre-authorization. The tourist tax is included in the total price. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to coordinate key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement.
