House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Groups of young people up to 18 years old are not accepted. Do not use domestic sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival with your arrival time to arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. Tourist tax is included in the total price. A refundable €800 security deposit is taken as a card pre-authorisation with the final payment. The mandatory Hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen linen €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €18 per booking and single bed €14 per booking; final cleaning €145 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement; housekeeping during the stay is not provided.

The Gulf of Morbihan and its beaches are 650 m away. Port-Lenn beach is 3.9 km away; Daël and Tréno beaches are each 4.2 km away. The Atlantic coast sandy beaches are 15 minutes away by bicycle. Super U is 2.7 km away; Intermarché is 3.3 km away. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
