House rules
Non-smoking. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to provide the expected arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Do not use household electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; the property has no dedicated EV charging socket. Bed linen and towels are not provided, but optional linen packages are available: kitchen towels €2 per booking; one small and one large bath towel €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per booking; single-bed linen €14 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Optional end-of-stay cleaning costs €130 per booking. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the whole stay, without replacement. A refundable €800-per-booking security deposit is taken by card pre-authorisation. A 10% booking service fee is listed. The tourist tax is included in the total price.

Skidivan sandy beach is 2.2 km away and Léhan sandy beach is 2.6 km away. The property is in a residential development. One outdoor parking space is provided. No travel mode or route to the beaches is specified.
