House rules
Maximum occupancy is 8. Groups of young people are not accepted. No smoking; pets are not accepted; parties and events are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not supplied and are available as optional paid services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per booking; single-bed linen €12 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Ordered linen is provided on arrival for the stay, with no replacement; housekeeping during the stay is not provided. Final cleaning costs €150 per booking; Hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. A refundable €800 security deposit is required per booking, by card pre-authorisation. The tourist tax is included in the total price. The property has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets and use a dedicated charging point.
