## About the house

The house has a private 100 m² garden with a terrace, large table, outdoor lounge and deckchairs. Inside are a living room with dining area and an open kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

The Exotic Garden master bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and a small workspace. Palm Beach has another 140 cm double bed. The children's Marine Hut room has two small single sleeping places in a bunk-bed arrangement. There is one shower bathroom and a separate WC.

Facilities include heating, a fan, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, books, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and clothes hangers. A parking space is available.

The house is in Capbreton's golden triangle, near the fishing and yachting harbor, fish market and town center. Local cycle paths and free shuttle buses serve the surrounding area.

A Welkeys concierge greets guests and hands over the keys. Arrival information is provided before the stay through a dedicated travellers' app. Cleaning before arrival and after departure, towels, bed linen and skincare products are covered by the Housekeeping Fee. Late check-in charges apply: 25e between 9 pm and midnight, and 44e between midnight and 6 am. A Swikly service fee is charged during deposit validation. Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival; a 100% cancellation fee applies from 30 days before arrival. Booking fees are non-refundable.
