Living spaces include a living room and a family room, each with a flat-screen TV, with walls of windows in the family room. The eat-in chef’s kitchen has an island, appliances and a wine fridge, alongside a separate dining room. There is one king bedroom and three queen bedrooms. All four bedrooms have streaming TV, closets and balcony/deck access; the smallest bedroom also has cable TV. The home has four full bathrooms and a hall half bathroom. Three full bathrooms have showers and tubs, and the fourth has a shower. Outdoor facilities include expansive decking, a grill, a fenced backyard and a garage. An indoor jacuzzi and a Peloton bike are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer, heating and Wi-Fi are provided. Yes, the backyard is fenced. ## What is the cancellation policy? Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen and rebook the original dates; reopening is at the owner’s discretion. If the dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, you may use the original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. ## Is a security deposit required? Instead of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection; coverage details are in the booking agreement. Special uses may require an increased security deposit, and long-term stays may incur a utility deposit. ## How can balance payments be made? Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500.
